16kW heat pump, 14.5kW heat loss at -2.5. Almost all rads upgraded to k33. Flow temp design 39c at -3. Custom controller using modbus for weather comp and swapping from boiler to ASHP. The goal is to keep the gas off, unless batteries run out.
